Our approach to recruitment and selection is fundamentally different to that of our competitors in that we rarely advertise unless a client specifically requests it. By maintaining a behind-the-scenes profile this enables us to contact candidates confidentially without exposing them, and sets us apart from others.
As you can expect from a high profile company, our standards and ethics are highly professional as our many satisfied clients will verify. We are proud to claim that our policy of not sourcing candidates from client companies is a very real and meaningful one. Our consultants are also salaried, and therefore, unlike many of our competitors, our main focus is to place the right candidate within your company as opposed to making financial targets.
Our assistance can take on many different formats, depending on your specific needs, but we generally undertake two styles of operation. First of all, we can provide a comprehensive and confidential search and selection programme for senior management and executive level recruitment, on a fully retained basis, with the fees divided into stage payments throughout the assignment. Alternatively, we can undertake assignments on a contingency basis, with payment on results, but reserve the right to invoice a small administration fee as a contribution to our costs in the event of cancellation of an assignment.
We are highly competent in the design of job descriptions, person specifications, preparing company profiles, advertising design (where appropriate) and undertaking preliminary interviews for short listing purposes. This is supplemented by a simple but effective psychometric test to assess personality and working style.
