We need a good start up General Manager for a luxury Resort in the Maldives Islands. The General Manager should be a young male European around 30 years of age with Graduate qualifications from a
recognised university in Europe. Fluent English is essential, Single status only. The GM should also have at least 5 years experience in the capacity of Assistant Manager or Resident Managerin a Beach Resort.
Size of resort: 230+ rooms
Start date to be as early as possible
Package details: Includes a good salary with benefits, accommodation, airfares, holiday entitlement, medical insurance, R&R , Bonus, participation in Service charge. Accommodation with meals at the resort, once a year air
fare to the country of domicile for employee, 30 days paid leave per year ,medical insurance ,Year end performance incentive
