This very attractive four star Resort is situated in the midst of the Maldivian Islands with over 250 + bedrooms and villas. The Resort also features numerous restaurants, bars and entertainment a variety of water sports including world class scuba diving, sailing and daily excursions, the house reef offers hours of adventurous snorkeling

We are currently seeking the position of Asst. Food & Beverage Manager. The position will report directly to the Resorts Resident Manager and will be responsible for the daily operational activities and the financial profitability of the entire F&B Department which consists of 9 restaurants, 6 bars and various private dining experiences.

The position requires a senior leader with a hands-on approach who is extremely guest and staff focused and a leader who aims to deliver excellent team leadership skills and exceptional

F&B product and guest service consistently.

This position will establish and maintain excellent customer service standards and ensure they are delivered upon.

This position needs to effectively lead continually assess and develop the F&B team. Assisting in HR management recruitment of new employees and driving F&B training are critical requirements also.

· European Nationality

· An internationally experienced F&B Department Leader

· Can be innovative and creative to keep the F&B product offering fresh and world class

· Great interpersonal skills and can act autonomously

· Can communicate well and is fluent in English

· Extremely guest focused and will go to all levels to ensure ultimate guest satisfaction
